It is your responsibility to read through the terms and conditions before using or purchasing a product.
How to track your order:
To track your order, you will need to have created an account. This can be done via the log in/sign up button at the top right hand side of the web page.
Once an account has been created, you may log in. This will take you to your personal account page. From there you will need to click the button that says 'My orders'. This will then take you to your order history where you can view updates.

Payment:
Payment can be made either through paypal or by bank transfer.
Order Process:
All of our products are subject to availability. Whilst we try to amend stock levels to suit accordingly, occasionally a mistake is made. In these instances, we will contact you to discuss if you would rather have a full refund (for the out of stock item), or wait until the item is back in stock (if this is possible).
Delivery:
For more information on delivery please view the delivery page which is located at the bottom of the web page. Deliveries will normally vary depending on which option you have chosen. If you select next day delivery, then your item/s should arrive within 1-2 working days. For standard delivery, your items should arrive within 3-5 working days. However, allow upto 10 working days for delivery. Orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours of placement, however, at times this may take longer, so please allow up to 72 hours before the order is sent. You will receive an email notification letting you know when the order has been dispatched.
